With expertise in OEM service, we have had a long and stable cooperative relationship with international companies such as Salewa, Northland and K&L. And our products are well received in Germany, France, the UK, the US and Canada.
Monthly output of 80,000 pieces
Our 45,000-square-meter factory is located in the Siming garden of TongAn industry convergence section, a modern and normative new workshop. We have four production workshops, a cutting-out workshop, a settling workshop, 520 employees and 250 flat linking machines as well as 50 special type machines giving us a monthly output of 80,000 pieces. Additionally, we have cooperated with 23 regular material suppliers for over three to four years.
30 new items released every month
We have strong and professional technology in our outdoor garments line since we have a laser cut machine, four welding machines, six seam tape machines, six ultrasonic sewing machines and other special machines in our factory. Consequently, we are able to design new styles and promotional items according to customers' projects and lead time requirements. In addition, we have eight designers with three years' experience who can develop 30 new creations monthly and create customized samples within seven days.
Products meet REACH, EN-71 standards
Thanks to our 45 QC with three years' experience that are allocated to two QC per production line, our products have passed American Costco Company's quality inspection plus we meet various environment-friendly standards such as REACH, EN-71, azo-free, low cadmium, low lead and FDA.
